Believe it or not, celebrities do more than star in amazing movies, sing our favorite songs and turn their ‘reality’ into a television show. Most of them use their star power/influence to start personal businesses and/or charities and RC will highlight these ventures on a weekly basis. With that being said, let’s start with husband and wife, actors Duane Martin and Tisha Campbell-Martin.
XEN Lounge, a restaurant the couple recently opened, is an inviting and versatile space in the L.A. area. It is located across from NBC-Universal, in the same area as CBS, ABC, and Warner Bros. on Ventura Blvd. The unique eatery is already being patronized by the likes of Denzel Washington and Will Smith and should be on everyone’s dining list. XEN Lounge is named after the couple’s eldest son and has already become an industry hot spot.

With the tall red doors in the midst of the ivy-covered walls the new hot-spot gives off a facade of exclusivity but all are welcomed! The restaurant is broken up into four zones that include a central lounge, two al fresco patios (one with cabanas featuring cooling fans and bottle service and the other with huge red umbrellas) and a baroque private dining room.
I hear they serve the best Red Velvet bread pudding & their Mac and Cheese cupcakes are to die for.
