As we honor the life and legacy of Whitney Houston, I have compiled what I believe are her best live performances ever! Check them out!

#5  Didn’t We Almost Have It All – Moment of Truth World Tour, 1987-88.

This performance still gives me chills!

#4  Why Does It Hurt So Bad – MTV Movie Awards, 1996.

I can never get enough of this one. The mere fact that she didnt move a muscle and exerted that much power is beyond amazing!

#3  Where Do Broken Hearts Go – Freedom Festival honoring Nelson Mandela, 1988.

This performance cemented her as global ambassador of music.

#2  All The Man I need – Welcome Home Heroes with Whitney Houston, 1991.

This was part of her first ever televised concert for HBO.

#1  Star Spangled Banner  – Superbowl XXV, 1991.

This performance is to her what the Motown/Moonwalk performance was to Michael Jackson. It forever changed the game of music and performing and is probably her greatest performance ever!
