Sharon Leal starring in Zane’s Addicted

S&A is reporting some new updates for a couple of films that we reported about last year and here’s the rundown…
The film adaptation of Zane’s dramatic thriller, Addicted is expected to hit theaters on September 5, 2014 as opposed to the March 14 date that was originally released. The film is about a sex addicted African American business woman and her mother and stars Sharon Leal, Tasha Smith, Boris Kodjoe, Tyson Beckford, William Levy and Emayatzy Corinealdi. The film was shot in Atlanta.
Tyler Perry’s Single Mom’s Club starring Nia Long has been moved from its original May 9, 2014 date to March 14. The film, which also stars Wendi McLendon-Covey and Zulay Henao, centers on a group of single mothers who are brought together by a crisis and their children’s school. Rounding out the cast is Williams Levy, Terry Crews, Eddie Cibrian, Amy Smart, Cocoa Brown, Ryan Eggold and Tyler Perry, who is also the writer, director and producer of the film.
Lastly, the grid iron action film, Draft Day will be released on April 11, 2014. The film stars Kevin Costner as a NFL team’s General Manager who is faced with tough professional and personal choices in the 24-hour period of the NFL draft. The film also stars Sean “Diddy” Combs, Terry Crews, Chi McBride, David Ramsey, Arian Foster and Chadwick Boseman, who starred as Jackie Robinson in 42 and will star as James Brown in Get on Up.
