Nobody loves a good “man versus monster” movie like me. So I am super thrilled to share the newly released trailer for “Rampage.”
The film features Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as primatologist Davis Okoye, who has an unshakable bond with a silverback gorilla named George. However, all hell breaks loose when George gets a hold of some experimental genetic vitamin that transforms him into an ape three times his size. Oh, did I mention that there’s also an oversized wolf and lizard? It’s a race against time as Davis must save North American from being destroyed by all three creatures before it’s too late.
“Rampage” also stars Oscar-nominated actress Naomie Harris along with Malin Akerman, Jake Lacy, Joe Manganiello and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. The movie is based on the popular 80s video game of the same name and opens in theaters on April 20, 2018.
