The life of Motown supergroup DeBarge is coming to the small screen in a new TV One original film, “All This Love: The DeBarge Family Story.”

According to S&A, the made-for-television movie will focus on the family’s rise to superstardom during the late 70’s with the group Switch (Bobby and Tommy DeBarge) and then into the early 80’s with DeBarge (Bunny, Randy, Mark, El, and James). The film will also address the numerous family demons each member faced including drugs, alcohol, and sexual and physical abuse. All of these issues led to the demise of the groups and ultimately the death of Bobby DeBarge in 1995.

“All This Love: The DeBarge Family Story” will be the second installment of the Unsung Film Series. Other projects in the works include “The Miki Howard Story” starring “Survivor’s Remorse” star Teyonah Parris as Miki Howard along with former “Family Matters” actor Darius McCrary as Miki’s friend, lover, and musical collaborator Gerald Levert.
