R&B/Jazz songtress Lalah Hathaway teams up with the Godfather of Hip Hip Snoop Dogg for a dope remix of “Ghetto Boy.” Inspired by her GRAMMY®-nominated acclaimed rendition of the song “Little Ghetto Boy” from her hit album Lalah Hathaway Live, Lalah and Snoop’s pairing on “Ghetto Boy” brings heightened resonance to the song’s enduring message, which also features the stylings of Robert Glasper and is produced by Terrace Martin.

“Little Ghetto Boy,” Lalah’s powerful live recording of her father Donny Hathaway’s classic song, is nominated at the upcoming 2016 GRAMMY® Awards, in the category of Best Traditional R&B Performance. Marking the fifth GRAMMY® nomination of her career, Lalah Hathaway is also nominated at the upcoming 2016 NAACP Image Awards, in the category of Outstanding Female Artist. Executive produced by Lalah, Lalah Hathaway Live is her seventh album and first-ever live album, and also includes the hit radio single “Angel” (the Anita Baker love song), “Mirror,” “Brand New” and more.
