Miss Oprah is giving us life  for the May cover of O Magazine.

Dubbed the “Body Issue,” Winfrey is seen striking a pose like a supermodel in a form-fitting ensemble by Vicky Tiel of Carms Couture Designs and heels by SJP Collection.  Winfrey posted the photo on her O Magazine Facebook page this week along with the following message:  “This is our body issue. Every page devoted to helping you appreciate, even more than you do right now, the body you’re in.”

The 60-year-old media maven was shot beautifully by noted photographer Ruven Afanador and revealed that she’s more comfortable in her skin now  than ever before.

“I’ve spent too many years resisting, neglecting and negating my body. Wanting Diana Ross‘ hips instead of my own. I can tell you for sure: Those days are over. Every morning when I wake up, before I steep my first cup of chai, I stand in front of the mirror in my pj’s and bless my body—staring with my feet and legs, which allow me to keep standing, and ending with my head, which gives me the brainpower to execute my vision of empowering others.”

O Magazine’s ‘Body Issue’ hits newsstands next Tuesday, April 15. Check out the full pic below:
