Soul Train nominee Solange admitted during a recent interview that she was scared for her big sister Beyoncé during last week’s incident with a crazed Brazilian fan. I am referring to this video wear an overzealous guy tried to snatch the Queen of her thrown. And while baby sister is used to seeing all the mayhem that comes with touring and fans, this by far was the most frightening to watch.
“It was really, really scary to me,” Solange said during a recent interview with Hot 97. “She has the whole BeyHive stage so those are like select fans that have followed her. It’s really scary.”
Solange, however, goes on to applaud her big sister for handling the situation with class and elegance.
“At the same time, I have to give her the hugest props for being that accessible but it is scary, especially as a family member seeing that. She let them go. She said, ‘It’s okay.’”
