Wesley Snipes has been released from prison and transferred into a house-arrest situation.

The “Blade” and “White Men Can’t Jump” actor got out of the federal pen on Tuesday, TMZ reported.  Snipes served the bulk of a three-year sentence for failing to file tax returns in 1999, 2000 and 2001, during which time he earned $40 million.
