A few weeks ago, we reported that Beyoncé was re-recording Amy Winehouse’s smash hit “Back to Black” as a duet with Andre 3000, for the forthcoming soundtrack to “The Great Gatsby.”

Well the full song was released this weekend on Mark Ronson’s radio show on East Village Radio. Ronson co-wrote “Back to Black” with Winehouse before her untimely death at the age of 27 and seems to be quite pleased with Bey’s version.  “I’m flattered and honored, I know Amy would be too,” says Ronson.

Amy’s father, Mitch Winehouse, however feels very different about the song and says that Beyoncé “doesn’t bring anything to it.” He also cautions the creators of “Gatsby” that they must pay a lot for the use of the song.
