After receiving treatment at Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Hospital following a series of unexplained seizures, rapper Lil Wayne has been discharged.
Wayne was hospitalized for six days following his seizures last week, the rapper has reportedly returned home and states he is “feeling a lot better”, watching TV and laughing till he cries.
“Watching [the TV show] Highly Questionable on ESPN2 & [co-host] Papi got me kry’n laughing in dis [bitch],” Wayne tweeted on Tuesday afternoon. “Again thk u all for ur love and prayers. It was truly felt … pause.”
Fans haven’t seen Wayne since his seizures, but a new video shows the rapper just days – or maybe hours – before his crisis. The star had come to LA to appear in Nicki Minaj‘s new music video, and newly released behind-the-scenes footage [below] has Wayne in high spirits, mocking and joking with Minaj. After Minaj reminds him he has to focus for the cameras, Wayne replies: “You don’t have to tell me. This is my dream.”
