The Queen is coming to a country near you!
Just minutes after her electrifying Super Bowl performance last night, Beyoncé announced dates for her highly-anticipated world tour including a promotional video and a dazzling array of photos.
“The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” kicks off on April 15 in Belgrade, Serbia and travels throughout 15 other European countries including France, Ireland, England, Germany and Switzerland. She then brings the tour back to North American beginning June 28 with stops in Atlanta, DC, Chicago, LA, Miami and of course Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Beyoncé channels a hip hop version of Queen Marie Antoinette for the new video. In the beginning, she is dressed in a golden petticoat, a blue and red cape, and iced out from head to toe. With her royal scepter in hand, Beyoncé enters the palace doors flanked by her decorated service men, eventually taking her place in the center of the room for one final pose.
