Reuters is reporting that Grammy-nominated songwriter Frank Ocean is looking to press charges against R&B singer Chris Brown after the two allegedly were involved in a fight late Sunday evening.
Reports are saying the two men got into a heated exchange over a parking space at a West Hollywood recording studio. As a result, a brawl ensued between Brown, Ocean and four other men with Breezy allegedly punching Ocean.
Ocean tweeted Sunday evening that he “got jumped by Chris and a couple of guys” as well as “cut my finger now i can’t play w two hands at the grammys.”
If charged, Brown could risks having his probation revoked. Remember, he is already serving a five-year probation for assaulting then pop singer girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He was also involved in another situation last summer when his entourage and rapper Drake’s entourage got into a brawl in a New York City night club. No one was arrested or charged.
This is not the first time the two entertainers have exchanged words. In 2011, Ocean and Brown were involved in a Twitter feud that resulted in Brown’s cousins following Ocean’s car and threatening him.
Let’s hope these two guys come to a peaceful resolve on this issue as they are both up for Grammy awards this year.
