Hawaii Five-O will return with a a star-studded episode this October, as Terrence Howard will appear in the show’s upcoming third season. Kardashian kid Kendall Jenner will appear in the same episode, although separately from Howard. Howard’s scenes will take place in the flashbacks of Danno (Scott Caan) as he recalls his former life as a New Jersey cop. Sources say the two characters are set to clash.
Hawaii Five-0 returns to CBS on September 24.
The popular VH1 show Single Ladies was just renewed for a third season. According to the press release, the series has been averaging 3.2 million total viewers, up 10% from season 1, which means even more people are watching it than last season. So SL fans, look forward to seeing LisaRaye McCoy (Keisha), Denise Vasi (Raquel) and Charity Shea (April) as the three best friends navigate through the dating world in Atlanta.
Season 2’s finale will happen next week Monday, August 27. Season 3 is set to premiere later in 2013.
S&A reports Thandie Newton will star in a new DirecTV cop drama series titled Rogue, as an undercover cop, who in a personal vendetta, comes face to face with a high-profile gangster, after her son is killed in a drive-by shooting. Rogue will be the satellite television provider’s first original series and per the press release began production on August 22, in Vancouver, on 10 episodes of the suspense/drama.
