As if the Essence Music Festival couldn’t get any bigger!
The musical extravaganza announced yesterday the additions of Melanie Fiona, Trey Songz and D’Angelo to this year’s stellar line-up.
According to Essence.com, this will be Trey Songz third appearance at the Festival in three years and D’Angelo’s first U.S. appearance in over a decade.
D’Angelo will perform on EMF’s Main Stage on Friday, July 6 along with Trey Songz, Charlie Wilson, Keyshia Cole and The Pointer Sisters. Melanie Fiona will perform in the EMF Super Lounge on Sunday, July 8. The Essence Music Festival is July 6-8 in beautiful New Orleans, LA.
