BET is getting the royal treatment as two Kings and the Queen are preparing a film for the network.
Yes, Queen Latifah is teaming up with sisters Reina and Regina King to produce a two-hour movie of the week for BET called “Let the Church Say Amen.”
Amen tells the story of a young single mother who tries to earn her father’s respect by marrying. However, she ends up on a journey that takes her through trials, tribulations and reconciliation. The project is based on the bestselling novel by Reshonda Tate Billingsley.
The film is a BET, Royal Ties and Flavor Unit Production that is being executive produced by Reina King.
