R&B Crooner John Legend is teaming up with Fox TV for a new show based upon his life.
According to Indie Wire, the award-winning singer-songwriter developed the project through his Get Lifted Film Company. Remember, this is the same company that signed an exclusive partnership this past summer with Universal Cable Productions to develop shows for cable and broadcast networks.
The untitled show is centered on a 20-something year old guy who is raising his siblings while trying to juggle a career and social life. Legend will serve as executive producer along with writers Tommy Dewey and Greg Bratman. So far no one has been cast for any of the roles.
