Indiewire is reporting that Beyoncé is no longer starring in the Clint Eastwood remake of ‘A Star is Born.’
According to reports, Bey has parted ways with the project that hit a snag when she became pregnant with Blue Ivy and Eastwood started production for ‘Trouble with the Curve.’
Then there were the leading men casting issues. For some reason, Eastwood was not getting a favorable response from any of the Hollywood hunks he pursued for the project including Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Tom Cruise and most recently Bradley Cooper.
Now it is being reported that Eastwood has his eyes on jazz darling, Esperanza Spalding for the lead role along with award-winning chameleon actor, Johnny Depp.
A Star is Born is tells the story of a young woman who enters show business and falls in love with an established male star, only to find her career rising as his goes into a decline.
