ESSENCE cover girl Viola Davis and her handsome co-star Terrence Howard lite up the red carpet recently for the Los Angeles premiere of their new film PRISONERS. The event was held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, California and was also attended by co-stars Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Maria Bello.
As previously reported, the film is about two married couples whose two young daughters have been abducted. The parent of one of the girls, played by Jackman, kidnaps the man he suspects is behind the disappearance of the two children. Gyllenhall plays a detective who tries to help the investigation.
