And they said this day would never happen…
It was all about love and forgiveness this morning on “The Wendy Williams Show” as music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs talked one-on-one with Wendy about his career as well as his new film “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop.”
If you know their history, these two haven’t always been the best of friends and have been “allegedly” (fingers in quotes) feuding for years. But it appears that they have put all that drama behind them and were able to (as Wendy called it) have an adult conversation. But before they got into it, Diddy offered Wendy a praise apology.
“I must say, it’s been a long time coming and I want to just tell you how proud I am of you. I don’t think you get enough credit for being the first one to really cover our culture, hip hop culture, also hip hop celebrities and just understanding that it’s news. Not to say that’s all you cover but you started shedding light on our culture and our people and thank you very much,” said Combs to Wendy.
Wendy accepted his compliment and admitted that she may have pissed off a lot of people earlier in her career and that their interview today was indeed a “full circle moment.”
Check out the conversation below where Puff also talks about aging, being proactive about his health, being in love with Cassie, his new charter school and Biggie:
