Check out photos from Thursday night’s red carpet Atlanta premiere of “Til Death Do Us Part.” The screening took place at Atlantic Station’s Regal Cinema and was hosted by the film’s co-writer and producer Marques Houston and the film’s star—-Annie Ilonzeh.
“Til Death Do Us Part” stars Ilonzeh as Madison Roland, a young woman whose perfect marriage turns into an abusive rollercoaster because of her controlling husband Michael Roland (Stephen Bishop). She is forced to adopt a new identity when she meets Alex Stone (Taye Diggs) and learns to love again. All is well, until Micheal discovers Madisons whereabouts and recreates the nightmare she once lived all over again.
The film also features Malik Yoba and Robinne Lee and is directed by Christopher B. Stokes.
A number of Atlanta celebrities and influencers attended the screening including Egypt Sherrod, Roger M. Bobb, Keshia Knight-Pulliam, Reece Odum, Dawn HalfKenny, Racquel and Isaiah John, Dondria and more.
Make sure you tune into my UPFRONT radio show tomorrow at 9 a.m. where I talk to Houston about the film and its spotlight on domestic violence. We also talk about the soundtrack and much more!
