R&B superstar and Furious 7 actor, Tyrese Gibson knows how to draw a crowd! He recently hosted an in-store CD signing at DBS Sounds in Riverdale, GA (just ouside of Atlanta) and was greeted by over 2,000 adoring fans. The acclaimed singer is promoting his new album, Black Rose which includes the hit single, “Shame” featuring Jennifer Hudson. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it out but my friend, ItsRobinLori, was on the scene and captured these exclusive images.
“Tyrese in store was a huge success! Thank you to everyone, such as City of Riverdale, Rent A Center, CCMG, J Mye, and a special thank you to the loyal customers who braved the 95 degree heat and for supporting DSB Sounds all year long,” says D. Tobago Benito , Owner of DSB Sound and producer of the event.
Tyrese stated recently that Black Rose is his last solo project and says that he would like to focus more on his film career and other projects like his new talk show on OWN. But don’t count him out just yet, he will be performing his hits during this year’s Steve Harvey Neighborhood Awards.
