Ain’t no party like Tina Knowles party, cause a Tina Knowles party don’t stop!
Beyoncé and her sister Solange said HAPPY BIRTHDAY to their mother, Tina Knowles in a very special way last night by throwing her a lavish masquerade party in New Orleans.
According to the BoomBox.com, the black-tie affair was held at Muriel’s Jackson Square, a famed Creole restaurant where guests were required to wear colorful masks in order to enter the party.
The sister’s were joined by family and a number of celebrity friends including Jay-Z, Solo’s boyfriend Alan Ferguson, Kelly Rowland, Monica and her husband Shannon Brown, Kris Jenner and The Dream. Bey’s former Dreamgirl’s cast mate, Jennifer Hudson was also in attendance and even wished Ms. Tina a happy birthday via Instagram. “Happy birthday mama Tina! Such Beautiful woman!!! N a blessing to us all!!”
Ms. Tina made a grand entrance no doubt, arriving in a horse and carriage along with her boo, veteran television and film actor, Richard Lawson. Reportedly the event cost the sisters a whopping $100,000.
