Congratulations to Scandal star Kerry Washington on becoming the new face of Neutrogena.
The Emmy-nominated actress recently inked a lucrative deal with the skin-care line which allows her to also serve as a creative consultant. Not only will she appear in numerous television and print advertisements but she will have creative control over marketing initiatives and product feedback.
“I never wanted to partner with a company where I felt like I was losing myself and my sense of authenticity,” Washington tells People.com. “This is really about working with a company I respect and admire.”
Washington went on to further say, “The position is new for me and for them. It’s a way to be authentically involved in a real partnership with the company,” she says.
Kudos once again to Washington!
