First Lady Michelle Obama was shot on February 12th by photographer Chuck Kennedy in the Green Room of the White House on her 49th birthday for her official second term portrait.
Mrs. Obama wore a two tone blue Reed Krakoff sleeve dress. She sported her new bangs, diamond engagement and wedding rings, and a strand of pearls.
