Check out the cover of Kandi Burruss’ new single Stay Prayed Up. The singer, best known these days for her role on Real Housewives of Atlanta as well as Bedroom Kandi her line of sex toys, has opened up about why she decided to go into gospel music.
“I knew when I decided to do it that I would be criticized,” she says of the mixed response she’s recieved over her decision to record a gospel tune. “That’s to be expected. I’m a single mom that had a child out of wedlock, I speak openly about sex on #KandiKoatedNights, I have #BedroomKandi, etc… I’m very honest about who I am.
