On tonight’s Oprah’s Next Chapter, NBA Star LeBron James will tell her about the moments prior to his proposal to long time girlfriend Savannah Brinson. Brinson and James were high school sweethearts and have been together for eight years. They are the proud parents of two children, Bryce and James Jr.
The proposal actually took place on New Year’s Eve last year. James says his fellow teammate Dwayne Wade held onto the ring until the big moment. James tells Oprah, “I was nervous. It felt like before a finals game.” Brinson of course said yes to James proposal. There has been no mention of a wedding date.
