Do you remember Kimberley Locke?  She competed on American Idol, season 2, along with winner Ruben Studdard and runner-up Clay Aiken.  Well, Locke and the American Idol contestants were mentored by some of the best in the music industry.  Now, it’s her turn to do the same for the next generation of talented singers!

Locke will help mentor top 10 finalists at Audition Star, a summer camp to be held June 25 through 29 at Atlantis, Paradise Island, the popular resort in the Bahamas.  She and Idol season 8 contestant Scott McIntyre will join three Idol production staffers–vocal coach Peisha McPhee, associate musical director Michael Orland and stylist Miles Siggins — at the summer camp designed to teach young singers how to ace an audition, choose the right song, identify their style, build confidence and learn other important tools that will enhance their performance.

The workshop is for anyone from age 14 to 28 who would like to audition for singing roles on stage or in film.  For more information and a detailed schedule of Audition Star, click here.  For the latest on Kimberley Locke visit www.kimberleylockeofficial.com.
