Last year Grammy Award-winning rapper, Kanye West, added another title to his repertoire: Fashion Designer!

West launched a design company, DW, named after his late mother. His first show debuted to mediocre reviews with some saying the ready-to-wear collection lacked vision. However, the high-end shoes worn by the models in the show were an instant hit!
Kanye collaborated with Italian shoe label Giuseppe Zanotti for his latest fashion venture. The pair created two shoes: one, an all black calf velvet leather strappy stiletto ($930) and the other (pictured above), a very sexy knitted, pearl-encrusted wooly crocheted sock stiletto ($5800), selling exclusively through French retailer Colette.
West is currently in Paris to showcase his fall/winter 2012 sophomore runway effort on March 6.
