HOV is going to be one busy man this summer! Between the preparation for his Summer Olympic appearance and duties as part owner of the Brooklyn Nets, this man’s schedule is going to be tight. However, the Hip Hop mogul has found the time to add another gig.

According to theurbandaily.com, Jay-Z has signed on as the headliner of the first Budweiser “Made in America” Music Festival slated for September 1st and 2nd in Philadelphia’s Fairmont Park.

An announcement will be made today on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art at 10:30 am during a major press conference held by Jay-Z and Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter. The two day festival, presented by Live Nation, will feature up to 28 acts.  Proceeds from the festival will benefit the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

Tickets will go on sale May 23.
