Get On Up star Chadwick Boseman has sold an untitled pitch to Universal Pictures for an upcoming project that promises to be a “thriller.”
According to Indie Wire, the “in-demand” actor has penned a film with writing partner, Logan Coles and is looking to star in the drama if things go his way. The mystery project will be overseen by Marc Platt Productions and is being described as “in the vein of ‘The Fugitive.'”
Boseman’s next project is Gods of Egypt where he plays the role of Thoth. He can also be seen on the double covers of this month’s EBONY, one by himself and the other with his Get on Up co-stars Tika Sumpter and Nelsan Ellis.
