I knew it was only a matter of time before the ‘queen of all media’ would throw her wig hat into the ring and launch her very own hair collection. The award-winning talk show host and current Broadway star can now add wigologist to her many titles with this new line of wigs and weaves that Williams’ claims can be worn by any woman, no matter her ethnicity.
According to HB, the book author launched her wig line recently through EspeciallyYours.com and considers her wigs to be fun and fashion forward. For Williams, they are more like an accessory versus a solution to cover up a problem.
“Hair is a whole world. It’s the wigs, it’s the things that you use to brush them and clean them, the products that you use – wigs and hairpieces help you find and get the hair that fits your style and personality.”
Reportedly, Williams will launch the entire collection next month and will feature 56 style options for every skin color, personal style and preference. The collection will be priced between $49 and $999.
