Say it ain’t so!
Grammy-winning singer Miguel was arrested early Thursday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol. According to TMZ, California Highway Patrol officers stopped his 2013 BMW X6 around 2:15 a.m. for speeding and tinted windows on the freeway.
Reportedly, Miguel was asked to step out of the car when officers noticed he reeked of alcohol. He also failed his sobriety test with a .10 and .11 on the breathalyzer, exceeding the state’s .08 legal limit.
He was later arrested for DUI and taken to jail but was released several hours later on a $5,000 bail.
The “Adorn” singer is due back in court in September.
