Orlando Jones attempted to play a prank on Tyler Perry, but the multimillion dollar director isn’t laughing.
Jones put out a statement last week, complete with a video of himself in drag, claiming he is taking over Perry’s beloved Madea character so the filmmaker can focus on other projects. The press release came complete with statements from execs at Perry’s distribution company, Lionsgate, and quotes from the famed director himself.
