Tina Turner may very well be the oldest Vogue cover star of all time!
The 73-year-old rock goddess is on the cover of the April issue of Vogue Germany. Rocking her signature two-toned tresses and navy blue garb, The ‘Proud Mary’ singer has never looked better.
It’s the first time the Grammy-winning vocalist has graced the cover of the überly popular magazine which usually features younger movie stars and fashion models. However, having Ms. Turner on the cover is quite refreshing and very welcomed. She joins Meryl Streep (62), who was the oldest woman to cover American Vogue in January 2012.
The cover was shot by photography couple Claudia Knoepfel & Stefan Indlekofer.
Kudos to Ms. Turner who is…SIMPLY THE BEST!
