Our favorite fashionista Solange Knowles received some extra special attention recently when she was the subject of a TSA search at Miami’s International Airport. According to reports, Solange’s afro wig was a cause of suspicion to the agents thus leading to a thorough investigation of her famous wild mane.
After the situation, Solange took to Twitter and joked about the “hair-raising” shenanigans.
“Discrim-FRO-nation. My hair is not a storage drawer. Although, guess I could [sic] hide a joint up in here. *Blames “Romnesia” (my wig’s name).”
The singer was so tickled by the incident that she played a game with her followers asking, “What did TSA find in Solange’s fro?”
Some answered back by saying, “a bobby pin,” “Romney’s actual 5 point plan,” “ a wedding ring that u [sic] used to wear for Danny!” and “the $50 that was missing from Julez piggy bank.”
Glad to know that Solo has a sense of humor and didn’t blow up about it. You know how sensitive she is about her hair!
