They say “when it rains, it pours” and that is exactly what is happening to little Miss Sunshine Rihanna. The “Where Have You Been” vocalist has been showered with nominations at this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards.
RiRi is up for five awards including Best Video, Best Song, Best Female, Best Pop and Best Look. By the looks of things, she should at least walk away with two of them.
Trailing closely behind her is newly installed American Idol judge Nicki Minaj who garnered three nominations including Best Female, Best Hip Hop and Best Look.
Lastly, Watch the Throne’s Jay-Z and Kanye West are also up for two awards both as a group and one as competing solo artists.
Rick Ross, Drake, Rita Ora, Nas, Flo Rida, A$AP Rocky, B.O.B and Snoop Dogg were also been nominated. The 2012 Europe MTV Music Awards will air live from Frankfurt, Germany on November 11.
