BET Networks announced Thursday that performers, Charlie Wilson, Jill Scott, K. Michelle, Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo, Patti LaBelle and Trey Songz will pay tribute to this year’s honorees at “The BET Honors” 2015. The show will be taped at the historic Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C. tomorrow (Saturday, January 24) and will premiere on Monday, February 23 at 9:00 pm during Black History Month.

Celebrating the outstanding achievements of extraordinary leaders, “The BET Honors” recognizes trailblazers in art, music, theater, education, technology and business. This year’s recipients include:  Phylicia Rashad (Theatrical Arts Award); Usher Raymond (Musical Arts Award); Kanye West (Visionary Award); John W. Thompson (Technology and Business Award) and Dr. Johnnetta Betsch Cole (Education Award).  Joining the star-studded lineup includes presenters, Anthony Anderson, Bobby Brown, Diahann Carroll and Glynn Turman.  Television personality, actor and comedian, Wayne Brady returns as host of the show for the second year.
