Grammy-winning singer and founding member of Boyz II Men – Nathan Morris is beginning a new chapter in his career as the host of the DYI series, Hit Properties.
According to the show’s website, Hit Properties will follow Nathan and his crew as they transform a sadly neglected 8200-square-foot mansion in Orlando, Florida into an upscale and lavish estate. In order to boost the home’s potential sticker price into the multimillion dollar range and entice high-end buyers, Nathan adds a host of luxe amenities including a gourmet kitchen, two opulent master suites, a resort-worthy pool and a variety of smart-home technology. The end goal is to create one serious show-stopper of a home, and one with a lot of sparkle.
“I’m happy to finally announce the airing of my new four-part series Hit Properties with Nathan Morris on DIY Network,” he said on Instagram. “I’m excited about this project. It’s one of the biggest I’ve undertaken.”
Morris is not the only entertainer who has delved into real estate. R&B “Superwoman” Karyn White also turned to real estate when she abruptly left the music industry in 1999. Fences star Mykelti Williamson also does home repairs and lawn care when he’s not on movie sets. In other words, everyone has a side hustle or two.
Tune into Hit Properties on DYI beginning Saturday, October 26 at 10:30 p.m.
