Check out this past weekend’s edition of #UPFRONT Inside Atlanta’s Entertainment Industry. My special guest interviews included actress, singer and model Demetria McKinney, who stopped through to discuss her role as Whitney Houston in the TV One biopic, “BOBBI KRISTINA.” We also dished about her new album, Officially Yours, her favorite Whitney songs and much more!
Fashion maven and iconic creative director—June Ambrose—talked to me about all the must have looks for the fall, styling hip-hop icons like Sean “Diddy” Combs and taking fashion cues from TV, film and music diva—Diana Ross.
#UPFRONT also talked to the cast of ABC’s new series, “The Mayor,” which airs this week October 3. The comedy series features Brandon Michael Hall as a struggling hip hop artist who runs for mayor to promote his new mixed-tape and actually wins. It also stars Yvette Nicole Brown and was created by Jeremy Bronson.
#UPFRONT Inside Atlanta Entertainment Industry is a 30-minute radio magazine that features one-on-one interviews with all of the major players and behind-the-scenes superstars that make Georgia the new “Entertainment Capital.” It airs every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. on Jazz 91.9 WCLK!
