An all-star tribute is planned for Monday night’s “VH1 Hip Hop Honors: All Hail the Queens.” The show returns with a salute to the first ladies of rap and will recognize the influential careers of Queen Latifah, Missy Elliott, Lil Kim and Salt-N-Pepa, who’s actually celebrating over 30 years in the music industry.

Oscar winning-performer, Common will take to the stage to honor Latifah along with Naughty By Nature, Da Brat, MC Lyte, Rah Digga, Yo-Yo and Suga T. There will also be a special performance of “Ladies First” featuring the Queen and Monie Love.

If that wasn’t enough for you, Grammy winning-performer and songwriter Pharrell Williams will pay tribute to Missy along with her long time collaborator Timbaland. Other tribute performers include Nelly Furtado, Remy Ma, Trina, Eve, Tweet, Monica, Keyshia Cole, Jazmine Sullivan, Raven Symone and Fantasia.

As previously reported, the “VH1 Hip Hop Honors” is being produced by Latifah’s Flavor Unit with Shakim Compere as Executive Producers along with Mona Scott-Young‘s Monami Productions and blacjac Entertainment Group with Jac Benson II as an Executive Producer. It airs Monday, July 11 at 9 p.m. EST.
