The Bronner Brothers International Beauty Show kicked off the three-day weekend Friday night with a private meet and greet with Oprah Winfrey‘s personal hairstylist Andre Walker. The event took place at the W Hotel Downtown and featured Walker along with his business partner and former executive producer of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” Dianne Hudson.
Walker has been Winfrey’s stylist for over 25 years has won seven daytime Emmy Awards for his work. He teamed up with Hudson after she retired from television in 2006 to lauch Andre Walker Hair LLC. Since that time, the two have been working on a new line of hair products which he introduced last night to an audience of Atlanta influencers and tastemakers.
Walker’s Gold System provides products of superior quality and performance formulated specifically for kinky, curly and textured hair. He demonstrated this on a Spelman College student while also conducting a Q&A session. After the presentation, Walker and Hudson continued answering questions and engaged in more media interviews. Special invited guests included James Bronner, Kim McNair, Jonell Whit, Rolling Out, SHEEN Magazine and many others.
Andre Walker Hair products are currently available now in TARGET Stores.
