Chef G. Garvin shares with RC the Perfect Valentine’s Day Menu and More!

Today is Valentine’s Day and what better way to say “I Love You” to your boo than with a romantic meal. So when I had the chance to chat with Celebrity Chef G. Garvin recently at the Macy’s Black History Month Celebration, I couldn’t help but ask what the perfect menu would be for two. Here’s what he told me…

The perfect menu begins with you understanding your partner and what they want…

Next, I would start off with a nice bottle of red wine

Then a safe salad with kale & caramelized walnuts, golden raisins, sliced almonds, and a white balsamic vinaigrette

After the salad would be a sautéed big eye salmon Light creamed corn Arugula shaved fennel and razor clams


Close out the night with a Lightly-Buttered Pound Cake feat. Honey Jack Daniels and vanilla cream sauce
