Award winning-comedian and actor Chris Rock is set to host the 88th Academy Awards Ceremony aka The Oscars next February. Rock confirmed the big news earlier Wednesday by tweeting a photo of himself holding the coveted award  with the caption: “Look who’s back #Oscars.”  This is the second time he’s hosted the show since 2005.

“Chris Rock is truly the MVP of the entertainment industry,” Academy Awards producers David Hill and Reginald Hudlin said in a statement. “Comedian, actor, writer, producer, director, documentarian — he’s done it all. He’s going to be a phenomenal Oscar host!”

Rock is part of an elite group of comedians that have hosted the show over the years including Whoopi Goldberg, Billy Crystal and Ellen DeGeneres to name a few.
