Last night, Open Road hosted a series of small, private screenings of DOPE in Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles, just days before the film releases on Friday. In Atlanta, local celebs and cast members of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” gathered at Regal Atlantic Station to catch the much-buzzed-about film. Attendees included Jermaine Dupri, Keri Hilson; “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” cast members Mimi Faust, Erica Dixon, Kirk and Rasheeda Frost, PreMadonna, Khadiyah Lewis, and Deb Antney; “Love & Hip Hop: NY” cast member Jhonni Blaze, singer Bobby V, WNBA Atlanta Dream guard Angel McCoughtry, Mishon, Sammie, D. Woods, Toya Wright, Bando Jonez, Shanell (Young Money), Chaka Zulu, Phillana Williams, D’Andrea Bidgood and Jamal Coleman.
In New York, the casts of “Love & Hip Hop: NY” and the hit web series “Money & Violence” came out to Bryant Park Hotel to support DOPE. Attendees included Sherri Shepherd, “Love & Hip Hop: NY” cast members Amina Buddafly, Chrissy Monroe, Precious Paris, Rashidah Ali and Kimbella; Dipset rapper Juelz Santana; “Power” actor Marc John Jeffries; “Money & Violence” cast members Rafe, Grimey Tai, Striff, Cash, Princess, DJ Daffie, Shaquana, The Yardees and Erica Anderson; Power 105’s Cherry Martinez and ARISE TV’s Shannon Lanier.

In Los Angeles at the Landmark Theater West Pavilion, VIPs such as actresses Angel Conwell and Antonique Smith; celeb hairstylists and WE tv “L.A. Hair” cast members Gocha Hawkins and China Upshaw; actors Marcus T. DOPE premieres nationwide on Friday.
