It was all about legendary rocker, Jimi Hendrix last night as XLrator Media gathered together for the L.A. premiere of his long-awaited and controversial biopic, Jimi: All Is By My Side. The VIP screening took place at the ArcLight Light Cinemas in Hollywood.

In attendance, were the film’s cast and crew including André 3000 Benjamin, who stars the iconic guitarist; Oscar-winning writer and director, John Ridley; Composer, Danny Bramson; Producers Brandon Freeman and Adrian Lester; guitarist, Waddy Wacthel.

Other special guests included Adam Sandler, Steven Tyler, Gary Clark, Jr., Wiz Khalifa, Andra Day, Blair Underwood, Nia Long, Mario Van Peebles, Mandela Van Peebles, Marley Van Peebles, Heath Freeman, Kelly Monaco, Sammi Rotibi and Lauren Tom, Stephen C. Bishop, Mayer Hawthorne, and Ming-Na Wen.
Guests celebrated post-screening at an intimate cocktail party at Los Balcones in Hollywood.
