Here’s one for THROWBACK THURSDAY!

TMZ is reporting that veteran R&B singer, Russell Neal (in photo above on the far right) from the R&B group, Hi-Five, is in police custody after he told officers that his wife was dead inside their apartment.

Reportedly, Neal went to the local authorities and told them that he and his wife had gotten into an argument on Wednesday. He then asked for a lawyer and apparently “clammed up.”

“We are aware of the situation and are presently evaluating it, says Chris Brown, the lawyer for Hi-Five.

So far no charges have been filed.  Neal was an original member of the popular 90’s quintet that produced several hit songs including “I Like the Way (The Kissing Game)” and “She’s Playing Hard to Get.”
