Music’s ‘Bonnie and Clyde,’ Beyoncé and Jay Z will be ‘On the Run’ this summer with a 16-city stadium tour.  Rumors of a tour surfaced a few weeks ago but the couple officially confirmed the news this week with a kick-off date of June 25 in Miami’s Sun Life Stadium. They will also make stops in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans, Chicago and LA.

Chase cardholders and Beyoncé Fan Club members were granted access to pre-sale tickets on April 29 with General tickets going on sale tomorrow, May 1 at 10 a.m.  A portion of the tickets will be donated to the Shawn Carter Foundation, which provides scholarships to undeserving youth.  Beyoncé’s #BeyGOOD initiative will also receive a portion of the ticket proceeds, which supports a number of charities.

This is definitely the concert of the season considering MTV UK has named Beyoncé the highest earning Black Artist of All Time!  Earnings from her recent Mrs. Carter World Tour helped Bey surpassed that of music royals—Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson and Prince.  Way to go Bey!
