Nene Leakes, Billy Dee Williams and more join ABC’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’

RHOA diva Nene Leakes can now add professional dancer (sorry Nene but stripping doesn’t count) to her many list of accomplishments. The reality-starlet, book author and actress is teaming up with the cast of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars  for its 18th season. The big news was announced exclusively on Good Morning America  on Tuesday morning with GMA’s Laura Spencer and DWTS host, Tom Bergeron.

Leakes was joined by all her new fellow cast mates and promised Spencer that while she may not be the best dancer, she is not working with two left feet either. Also competing on this season are TV & film veteran Billy Dee Williams, The Price is Right  host Drew Carey, recent Olympic gold medal winners Meryl Davis and Charlie White, former pro hockey player Sean Avery and a host of others.

This year’s competition will also feature a new game changing twist called “The Switch Up.”  According to the DWTS website, fans will be given the power to vote and change celebrities and professional dance pairings. The new rule will affect all couples as they will be required to switch partners at a point in the season. Never before have dance partnerships been split up during the course of competition.
