Congratulations goes to Stellar Award-winning Gospel singer Kierra Sheard. She will be joining BET’s Sunday Best as a judge when the show returns later on this year for its seventh season.
Sheard is replacing Grammy-winning judge CeCe Winans, who is departing the show after two seasons. The 26-year-old will give her yea or nay alongside Gospel music luminaries Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams and vocal coach, Kim Burrell.
“I’m so excited about being a new judge for ‘Sunday Best,” Sheard told AlwaysAList.com. “I hope to inspire and confirm the dream with my love and feedback for so many aspiring new artists!”
Sheard brings over 16 years of Gospel music industry experience to the reality competition. She is the daughter of Gospel legend, Karen Clark-Sheard of the famous Clark Sisters. She is also the star of BET’s newest breakout hit reality series, The Sheards, which features her famous mother, her father Pastor J. Drew Sheard and her brother J. Drew Sheard Jr.
Kudos once again!
